Cake!

Well its the day after Independence Day and I think it was a success. My dad and sister had a great time, we had dinner and watched the fire works from our window. The neighbors set off some crazy ones. My cake turned out better than I expected, but worse than my others.

I thought it turned out well. The way I made it was different than I usually do so it wasn't as good as some of the others I've made before.

4th of July Cake

Tomorrow is the 4th of July. I hope they still have fireworks with all of the rain, It was pouring earlier today. I was thinking of making a special cake to celebrate, I'll try to upload some pictures later on tomorrow. Around the time my sister gets back from a sleepover it'll be done... I hope. I was thinking that if I have enough time I will make homemade frosting.

I read some good reviews from both of them. I just hope the frosting still tastes good with food dye in it. I plan to do a flag pattern. : )
